Mission

The Advancement of Replications Initiative in Management (ARIM) promotes and supports the conducting and publishing of replication studies by early-stage doctoral students in the field of management.

Executive Board

Andreas Schwab

Andreas Schwab is a Professor in the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, American Journal of Sociology, Organization Science, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Family Business Review, and other journals. He serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Management, Organization Research Methods, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Group and Organization Management, and Asian Journal of Technology Management. He is the current Chair of the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management (AOM) and a former chair of the Research Method Community at the Strategic Management Society (SMS). He is an Associate Editor and Advisory Board Member of the Consortium for Advancement of Research Methods & Analysis (CARMA). He received his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Christopher Castille

Christopher M. Castille is the Gerald Gaston Endowed Associate Professor of Management at Nicholls State University. His research interests include strategic human resource management, individual differences in the workplace, and big team science. His work has been featured in journals including the Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Industrial & Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, Advances in Methods and Practice in Psychological Sciences, Acta Psychologica, and Personality and Individual Differences. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Business and Psychology and Journal of Managerial Psychology. His Ph.D. is in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.

William Obenauer

Billy Obenauer is an Assistant Professor (Associate Professor effective Sept 1, 2024) in the Maine Business School at the University of Maine. His research has been published in The Leadership Quarterly, Group and Organization Management, Acta Psychologica, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and other journals. He serves on the editorial boards of Group and Organization Management and Journal of Management Scientific Reports. He was a recipient of the University of Maine's Faculty Mentor Impact Award in 2023 and his educational videos have almost 500,000 views on YouTube. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
